Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe. One person per account. Don't share login credentials with your training partner — invite them instead.
Subscription & billing
Athlete and Coached are billed monthly or annually, in advance. You can cancel any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Coached requires a 30-day commitment so the assigned coach can meet you and learn your week. After 30 days, monthly cancellation applies.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of first payment, no questions asked. After that, prorated to the day for unused time.
What we provide
Adaptive training plans, mobile and web apps, integrations with the platforms listed. We aim for 99.9% uptime; we publish status at status.triathlify.com.
What we don't provide
Triathlify is not medical advice. If something hurts, see a physio. If you have a heart condition, see a cardiologist before training. The plan trusts you to know your body.
Acceptable use
Don't resell our plans. Don't scrape our coach feedback. Don't use Triathlify to dope — yes, this happened once.
Liability
Aggregate liability capped at the last 12 months of fees you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — like a missed PR — but we will feel bad about it.
