Definitions
Provider — Triathlify, based in Wrocław, Poland.
Service — the Triathlify platform available at triathlify.com, triathlify.pl, and via the mobile app, enabling the generation and execution of adaptive triathlon training plans.
User — a natural person aged 16 or over who has created an account.
Training plan — a personalized program generated by the AI engine based on your data and goals.
AI coach — a chat feature where a language model answers questions about your training plan.
Account and registration
Creating an account requires an email address and password. One account per person.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support@triathlify.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, after prior notice.
Free trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Athlete features. No payment information is required to start.
After the trial ends, access to premium features is restricted until you subscribe.
Subscription and billing
The Athlete subscription is available monthly or annually. Payment is charged in advance for each billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (credit/debit cards, international payments) and Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. / TPay (BLIK, bank transfers — Polish market). We do not store card numbers.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We notify you by email before renewal.
Current pricing is listed at triathlify.com/pricing (or triathlify.pl/cennik). Prices include applicable taxes.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
EU consumers: you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, per Directive 2011/83/EU. Send your withdrawal to support@triathlify.com.
After 14 days, we offer a prorated refund for unused time upon request.
Scope of service
Triathlify provides: adaptive training plan generation (swim, bike, run), device and platform sync (Garmin, Strava, Apple Health, Polar, Coros, Suunto, Oura, Whoop), AI coach chat, training zone analysis, calendar and weekly session views.
We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance.
Medical disclaimer
Triathlify is not a medical service or health advisory. AI-generated training plans are informational and do not replace consultation with a physician, physiotherapist, or dietitian.
We recommend a medical check-up before starting a training program, especially if you have cardiovascular issues, orthopedic problems, or have been inactive for an extended period.
You train at your own risk and should adjust training loads to your current health.
Intellectual property
The algorithms, interface, content, and source code of Triathlify are owned by Triathlify and protected by copyright.
You retain full rights to your training data. You grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.
Prohibited: reselling generated plans, automated scraping of app content, reverse-engineering of algorithms.
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
We are not liable for: harm resulting from improper use of a training plan, service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party infrastructure failures, data loss caused by your own actions.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office, subject to consumer rights to file in their place of residence.
EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes to these terms
We will notify you of material changes by email and/or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate the agreement before they apply.
