Your week,
rewritten by
Sunday night.

A real periodized program — base, build, peak — quietly redrafted each week around your body and your calendar. The plan you start with is never the one you finish with.

How a week adapts

Slept badly?
The plan notices.

Two short nights, low HRV, elevated resting heart rate — Triathlify reads the signal and quietly trims volume and intensity for the rest of the week. No skipped weeks. No falling off.

03 · adapt

Change plans without drama.

Skip, move, or downshift a session and the week recalculates around the goal.

Keep the big picture visible.

What it does · 04 capabilities

A coach is expensive.
A template is generic.
This is neither.

F.01

Reads your week, not just your watch.

Sleep, HRV, stress signals — all feed the daily rewrite. Not "did you train?" but "what kind of week is it?"

Garmin · Strava · Apple Health
F.02

Periodized like a coach would.

Real base / build / peak structure with deliberate de-loads. Block lengths, threshold work, and brick days are sequenced to your race date — not generated by vibes.

Adaptive macrocycle3:1 load:recoverySport-specific peaking
F.03

Honest about trade-offs.

Miss a swim? It tells you what that costs and what to prioritize. No "make-up" guilt sessions — just a recalculated path to your A-race.

Goal-aware reshufflingCost-of-skip explainedNo phantom debt
F.04

Designed for the calendar you actually have.

Tell it Tuesday is a no-go. It plans around it — every week. Travel, kids, shift work — Triathlify treats your real life as the constraint, not noise.

Methodology · the periodized build

Periodized
like a sport,
not a SaaS.

Triathlify's plans are built on four-phase macrocycle theory — the same framework used by national federations and coaches like Joe Friel and Matt Dixon. The adaptive layer doesn't replace the structure. It defends it.

FAQ · 06 questions

Things you
probably want
to ask first.

Don't see yours? Email hello@triathlify.com — answered by athletes, usually within a few hours.

01

Do I need a power meter?

No. Triathlify works from heart rate and pace alone. If you have a power meter, it adds a third lens — sharper bike prescriptions and better fatigue tracking.

+
02

What about strength training?

Built in. Two short sessions a week through Base and Build, dropped to one in Peak. You can swap our routines for your own; the plan accounts for the load either way.

+
03

Can I switch race distance mid-plan?

Yes. Tell Triathlify the new race, the new date, and it rebuilds — keeping the fitness you already have and adjusting the path forward.

+
04

Does it work without a smartwatch?

Yes — you can log sessions manually in under 10 seconds. RPE, duration, distance. The adaptive engine works on any of these signals.

+
05

How is this different from TrainerRoad / TrainingPeaks?

Those are great tools for one sport, or for executing a coach's plan. Triathlify *writes* the plan, across all three sports, and rewrites it weekly without you asking.

+
06

What if I'm injured?

Hit "I'm hurt." Triathlify rebuilds the week with cross-training and rehab-friendly sessions, then ramps you back when you clear it.
